Terms and Conditions

Count the Cans Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Count the cans (“the Contest”) is organised by BJC Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (hereby known as “the Organiser”). Facebook / Instagram holds no liability for this Contest.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

 

Eligibility

  1. Contest period is from 31st August 2023 – 16th September 2023 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

  2. Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”).

  3. Employees of the Organiser, BJC Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediate family member are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

  4. Eligible Participants must follow CottageFriesMY Official Facebook or Instagram @cottagefriesmy

 

Contest Requirements

To participate in this contest:-

  1. Eligible Participants must change their profile setting to ‘public’ if the participant’s profile is ‘private’

  2. Eligible Participants must

    1. WATCH the Cottage Crisps TVC

    2. LIKE and FOLLOW our Official Facebook page or Instagram profile and SHARE the reel (video) on their Social Media page

    3. COMMENT the correct answer and TAG 3 friends.

  3. Eligible participants must provide their answers for the question ‘How many cans are there in the reel (video)’

  4. Only eligible Participants with complete detail and correct or nearest answer will be selected randomly via random giveaway generator online

  5. The last submission is by 11:59pm, 16th September 2023.

  6. Winners’ announcement will be announced on 25th September 2023, through CottageFriesMY’s Official Facebook and Instagram.

  7. Any irrelevant, late, or incomplete entries will not be entertained and shall be automatically disqualified.

  8. The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries that does not fulfil the Contest Requirements. The Organiser reserves the right to remove or delete entry at any time at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion if the entries contain lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libellous, illegal, offensive, or otherwise contain inappropriate content.

 

Prizes

  1. Winners will win 2 cannisters of Tasto Cottage Crisps in a Wise Cottage Fries drawstring bag.

  2. Prizes will be distributed to winners after “Campaign Period” has ended.

  3. The Organizer will not be held responsible for the prizes which are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to handle the participants’ submission verification process as well as for the delivery of prizes.

Compliance With the Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein and shall comply with all and/ or any decisions made by the Organizer.
