LOVE is in the CRUNCH Terms & Conditions

1. Love is in the Crunch (“the Contest”) is organised by BJC Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (hereby known as “the Organiser”).
2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

Eligibility
1. Contest period is from 13st January 2024 – 25th January 2024 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
2. Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”).
3. Employees of the Organiser, BJC Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediate family member are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
 

Contest Requirements
To participate in this contest:-
 

1. To join this campaign, participants are required to purchase Cottage Fries Hot Spicy Lobster [“Proof of Purchase”] from participating stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets as well as our official e-commerce platform mentioned below:
a. Cottage Fries Official Shopee Store (https://shopee.com.my/cottagefries)
2. Each receipt is permitted for one time use only. Participation will be cancelled if the same receipt is used more than once.
3. Participants can join this Campaign through the instructions explained below:

a. Method and Information of Participation

i. Snap a clear picture of a fully intact heart-shaped potato chip in any random Wise Cottage Fries Hot Spicy Lobster 60gm
ii. For submission of entries, participants must send a clear picture of the heart-shaped potato chip and the receipt to the WhatsApp Number (011- 5310 5051).
iii. Participants need to submit all their necessary details below, along with the pictures in (ii),

•  Full Name as per IC
• MyKad Number

4. Winners’ announcement will be announced on 29th February 2024, through CottageFriesMY’s Official Facebook and Instagram.
5. The heart-shaped potato chip must be in perfect condition. Any broken or damage potato chip shall be automatically disqualified.
6. Any irrelevant, late, or incomplete entries will not be entertained and shall be automatically disqualified.
7. The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries that does not fulfil the Contest Requirements. The Organiser reserves the right to remove or delete entry at any time at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion if the entries contain lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libellous, illegal, offensive, or otherwise contain inappropriate content.

Prizes
1. Winners will win a dragon plush toy and a random pack of Wise Cottage Crisps product.
2. Prizes will be distributed to winners after “Campaign Period” has ended.
3. The Organizer will not be held responsible for the prizes which are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to handle the participants’ submission verification process as well as for the delivery of prizes.

Compliance With the Contest Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein and shall comply with all and/ or any decisions made by the Organizer.
